Author's Credits

Errata Stigmata, a name taken from the comic book Love&Rockets, is the occasional alter ego of Jennifer Ruocco. She is a writer of fiction and poetry. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon, she is currently basking on the sunny shores of Hawaii. If anyone sees her tell her that I said hello.

Jim Muller was with the Computer Science department of Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh. I knew him only over the nets where he was always bitter, sarcastic and argumentative. He also happened to be incredibly intelligent. Of course, he's probably dead by now...

Sringleflab the Wobbly is, obviously, a pseudonym. Unfortunately only two or three people in the world know who it really is. Stringleflab prefers it this way.

I edit this zine so I get to put my own stuff in it. My Dad used to tell me that his father kept his tools in the basement on a pegboard outlined in white paint. This was so that he could always tell when a tool was missing or out of place. My father used to think this was a good idea.

Charles Mingus was perhaps one of the greatest jazz bassists to ever grace the musical world. His music is characterized by an ineffable feeling of loss and poignancy. This poem is excepted from Beneath The Underdog, his autobiography.

Mandy Kinne is a frustrated senior at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. The frustration is just a natural function of the school and has nothing to do wither her talents, abilty or sex life. She'll be graduating in December with a double major in Rhetoric and French so if anyone knows of a good job for her please let her know.

Van Helwyn is a faceless spurt of electronic potentiality who happens to spend a bit of time on alt.gothic. Whether or not there is a body to go with the words is anyones guess... At least, thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

I don't know who wrote this or exactly what usenet group I got it off of. If someone happens to be reading this and suddenly realizes "Hey! I wrote that!" please forgive me for stealing it.

Ride the Hot Rocket and Mumble Jumble are two little insanities that I tossed off while at the height of a little personal insanity. Ya see, right before I wrote these my Abnormal Psychology professor had read to us a couple pages of schizophrenic ramblings (out of 400 plus) that he had salvaged from a garbage can in New York City. I liked how the structure was based more on the sound of the word than the meaning. I tried to copy that and throw in a bit of my own chaotic tangential thoughts as well. Writing them was great fun. Perhaps not as much fun to read, but who cares?
